With nearly 70 drivers and vehicles in motion for 11 clients of our Meetings & Events service, this year offered a glimpse into how brands are thinking beyond trade show walls with experiential marketing.

Dazzling Fleet

IDG showcased their brilliant design on a fleet of six SUVs from our strategic partner Avis (kudos to WeDriveU’s partner Las Vegas Car Wraps). They even shouted-out their CES style on Instagram.

WeDriveU’s professional drivers moved executives and team members around CES using the fleet. We view the program as a great source of inspiration. In fact, it seemed to us like a perfect complement to the Global Top Brands Awards IDG hosted that week.

Tech On Wheels

WeDriveU’s on-site managers orchestrated scheduled and on-demand transportation for other clients, many returning five-plus years based on their experience with us at CES.

Our team handed scheduling, dispatching, flight manifest management and pickup and storage of Avis vehicles rented by each client (overall, clients had more than 30 Avis rental vehicles in motion). WeDriveU managers and concierge teams greeted passengers at the airport and our professional drivers transported them between hotels, the Las Vegas Convention Center, and offsite meetings and dinners.

Leading Automaker

WeDriveU also managed onsite transportation at CES for a luxury automaker as part of our series of U.S. events in partnership with their PR and marketing agency. Our team supported promotion around its new model and implemented a Media Shuttle that provided journalists and VIPs with a convenient way to get around the show.
