The client was seeking a strategic transportation partner to enhance convenience and provide an outstanding overall experience for senior-level employees and their guests traveling by air and rail.

Solution

WeDriveU orchestrated advance ground transportation planning and staffing, and end-to-end management including fleet management, tracking of VIP arrivals and departures and itinerary updates.

WeDriveU coordinated meet and greets, dispatching of shuttles and dedicated drivers between the transportation hubs, hotels, the convention center and local attractions.
