Tim Wayland, WeDriveUWith many organizations and campuses starting to reopen, shuttle operators and their customers have been working together to put in place effective safeguards and protocols designed to ensure the comfort and security of drivers and passengers in the post-COVID environment. WeDriveU’s Chief Commercial Officer, Tim Wayland, will join 128 Business Council, ABC Companies and Northwestern University to walk you through actions being taken from cleaning vehicles to implementing new shuttle schedules and creating new seating layouts. You’ll also hear about one organization’s efforts to build an interdisciplinary team to change their organizational model in response to COVID-19, which has led to the development of a comprehensive set of protocols that they are excited to share in the hopes of contributing to the broader effort industry-wide to ensure shuttle safety.
