Transit Best Practices

Eno/MAX was created in 2012 as a multi-agency exchange by the Eno Center for Transportation (Eno), a non-profit organization that “shapes public debate on critical multi-modal transportation issues and builds an innovative network of transportation professionals.” Participating agencies select participants with a wide breadth of professional backgrounds such as Human Resources, Operations and Finance (generally front-line to mid-level managers). 350 individuals have participated since the program’s inception.

CATS Interim CEO Brent Cagle welcomed participants, stating: “The individuals chosen for this program are the industry’s high-potential, high-performance individuals.”

His message to the ENO/MAX participants in the program’s agenda reaffirmed the value of their involvement in advancing professional development and positively contributing “to the collective knowledge and success of the participating agencies.”

Seyi noted the value of the ENO/MAX Program in creating a collaborative platform where transit agencies bring together front-line managers to share best practices with their counterparts across agencies throughout the United States. By working together, a broader classroom is created from which all can learn from one another.

WeDriveU and the Charlotte team look forward to the continued collaboration and exchange of ideas with ENO/MAX. CATS replied on LinkedIn that they “loved hearing from the TMOC team” and are grateful for the support and partnership.

“As hosts, our responsibility is to make sure everyone is well-received. It is an incredible collaboration and learning experience to show what our team does on behalf of CATS,” Seyi said.
