WeDriveU Celebrates, Recognizes and Supports Team Members

Our WeCelebrateU initiative taps into the diverse perspectives and approaches individual employees bring to the workplace. The programs under WeCelebrateU encourage everyone on our team to embrace ideas, accommodate different styles of thinking, and support a flexible and inclusive work environment where others connect and collaborate, and help cultivate different types of leaders.

One of the exciting ways we celebrate and support team members is through our employee resource groups (ERGs), such as our Women’s Inspiration Network (WIN), Unidos for WeDriveU (Latino/Hispanic), OPEN at WeDriveU (LGBTQ+) and Ubuntu (African-American) communities. These ERGs are open to all employees and foster connections and dialogue around team members’ diverse backgrounds, thoughts, and perspectives by promoting networking, career resources and community service.
